The Sons & Heirs (A Tribute to The Smiths & Morrissey)
The Sons & Heirs (A Tribute to The Smiths & Morrissey)
"These guys love the band, and they're really passionate about it" - Andy Rourke, The Smiths

"Twice as fun as an actual Morrissey show" - Rob Sheffield, Rolling Stone

"New York's best Smiths tribute" - New York Post

"By all accounts, the greatest tribute to the Manchester group making music today. Far from a novelty cover band, The Sons & Heirs are a genuine loveletter to one of the greatest rock acts of all time." - No Country for New Nashville

"The Sons & Heirs visually and musically approximate The Smiths in their prime” - Jerusalem Post

"The Smiths will never re-form...so for most fans The Sons & Heirs are the closest they will ever get" - The Daily Beast

Since 2006, The Sons & Heirs have performed everywhere from Tel Aviv to New York to Nashville to LA, sharing the stage with The Smiths' bassist Andy Rourke and Morrissey's longtime drummer Spencer Cobrin. Their annual Halloween show also pays tribute to The Smiths' guitarist, Johnny Marr - born on Halloween in 1963.

New York's Finest (Tribute to The Police)
Featuring Mark Rinzel (Jessie’s Girl, Bubble, The Jupiter Deluxe) -one of the few humans who can play bass and sing like 70’s era Sting, New York’s Finest also boasts Oscar Bautista (Session/Broadway guitarist “American Idiot," “Kinky Boots”) on guitar and Alan Camlet (Paul Collins Beat, Hoboken Recorders recording studio Producer/Engineer) on drums. They play with the intensity of the teenagers they were when cutting their teeth on The Police’s music. New York's Finest performs in New York City and the surrounding East Coast. In the summer of 2013 the band completed a successful tour of Brazil where they were met with sold out appearances in clubs and theaters. New York’s Finest will remind you just how much you miss The Police.
