Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival 2017
Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival 2017
Founded in 2008 by Julie Smith Clem and Eugene Mirman, The Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival is the world’s first sincere-and-ironic comedy festival that celebrates a close-knit comedy community, while making fun of the trappings of mainstream festival programming.
Eugene Mirman
Eugene Mirman
Eugene Mirman is a comedian, actor and hero who lives in Massachusetts. He voices “Gene” on Fox’s Emmy Award winning animated series Bob’s Burgers and hosts the Audible podcast, Hold On. He appeared regularly on Flight of the Conchords, Adult Swim’s Delocated, and Archer, and has two standup comedy specials on Comedy Central. His latest comedy special is available on Netflix. Eugene is also a frequent co-host of Neil deGrasse Tyson’s science/ comedy show, StarTalk. His fifth comedy album, I’m Sorry (You’re Welcome), is available from Sub Pop Records in multiple formats — a 9 Volume Digital Set, 7LPs, a chair, and a robe.
Derrick Brown
Derrick Brown is one of America's most beloved and well-traveled performing page poets. He is a former paratrooper for the 82nd Airborne, the author of four books of poetry, and is the president of Write Bloody Publishing, which Forbes and Filter Magazine called "one of the best independent presses in the country." The New York Times calls his work "a rekindling of faith in the weird, hilarious, shocking, beautiful power of words."
Janeane Garofalo
Janeane Garofalo
(Wet Hot American Summer, Broad City)
Actress and Comedian Janeane Garofalo has been an American institution since she burst on the scene in 1992.

In addition to acting in film and television, Janeane is an outspoken activist, spoken word performer and stand-up comedy entertainer known and respected around the country, and the world. As well, she was instrumental in the successful launching of the first liberal radio network, Air America Radio, where she hosted her own talk show, "The Majority Report." A lightning rod for controversy, Janeane's well informed opinions and unflinching honesty have inspired laughs, as well as striking a chord with the left, right and everyone in between. She is a noted peace activist.

Janeane lives in New York and Los Angeles.

More about her film and TV appearances on her IMDB page.
Bobcat Goldthwait
Bobcat Goldthwait
Bobcat Goldthwait (born May 26, 1962, Syracuse, New York, USA) is an American comedian, filmmaker, actor and voice artist, known for his acerbic black comedy, delivered through an energetic stage persona with an unusual gruff and high-pitched voice.
Robyn Hitchcock
Robyn Hitchcock
Robyn Hitchcock is one of England's most enduring contemporary singer/songwriters and live performers. Despite having been persistently branded as eccentric or quirky for much of his career, Hitchcock has continued to develop his whimsical repertoire, deepen his surreal catalog, and expand his devoted audience beyond the boundaries of cult stature. He is among alternative rock's father figures and is the closest thing the genre has to a Bob Dylan (not coincidentally his biggest inspiration).

His latest record, Love From London, was released in March of 2013.
Caroline Rhea
Caroline Rhea
