Puzzlemaster Will Shortz and Wait Wait... Don't Tell Me! host Peter Sagal walk into a bar... No, it's not the start of a joke. It's the essence of Ask Me Another, a rambunctious hour that blends brainteasers and local pub trivia night with comedy and music. Host Ophira Eisenberg invites in-studio guests and listeners alike to stretch their noggins, tickle their funny bones, and enjoy witty banter and guitar riffs from house musician Jonathan Coulton.

For an hour, listeners can play along as Eisenberg puts questions to a rotating band of puzzle gurus, audience members and special mystery guests, who then takes a turn in the contestant's chair facing trivia games written especially for him or her. What you'll hear resembles the casual intimacy of game night at a friend's house: one where scores are forgotten in favor of hilarious gaffes.

Ask Me Another is recorded live at The Bell House in Brooklyn, NY.

Ask Me Another is a co-production of NPR and WNYC.

LENA HALL is a Tony Award winner and Grammy nominee who recently received widespread critical acclaim for her feature film debut as the title role in the feature film Becks, (winner of the U.S. Fiction Award at the L.A. Film Festival). Following her Tony-winning Broadway run in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Hall toured North America with Josh Groban on his “Stages” tour, and portrayed the dual starring roles of both Hedwig and Yitzhak in Hedwig and the Angry Inch in Los Angeles and San Francisco. She originated the role of Nicola in the Tony-winning musical Kinky Boots, and has been seen on HBO’s “Girls,” Amazon Prime’s “Good Girls Revolt,” and can be heard voicing the fan-favorite role of Countess Coloratura on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Hall starred opposite Marisa Tomei in Lincoln Center Theatre’s “How To Transcend A Happy Marriage.” Hall's two solo musical revues Sin & Salvation (at the legendary Cafe Carlyle) and The Villa Satori: Growing up Haight Ashbury both played sold out shows and received rave reviews. Hall's year-long musical passion project, “Obsessed,” pays tribute to her greatest musical inspirations with 12 EP releases over the course of 2018 that are accompanied by 54 music videos via YouTube and a live concert tour. This summer, Hall will begin production on the highly anticipated TNT television series "Snowpiercer" opposite Jennifer Connelly and Daveed Diggs. This will be Hall's first series regular television role, which is a TV reboot of the 2013 Tilda Swinton film, based on the popular graphic novel.
