    Join Whiplash--the wildly popular, long-running New York stand-up show--as they celebrate the release of their concert documentary "A Night at Whiplash". Hosted by Leo Allen, the evening will feature sets by some of the film's performers as well as some very special guests. Each ticket includes a free download of "A Night at Whiplash."

    ABOUT WHIPLASH
    Whiplash is a weekly standup show at the UCB Theatre in New York. Every Monday night at 11pm, people have a chance to see some of the best stand ups in the world today performing ten to twenty-minute sets. Hosted by Leo Allen, Whiplash has become one of NYC's premiere standup shows.

    Leo Allen
    Leo Allen is a New York City-based comedian, writer, actor, and filmmaker. His televised stand-up comedy performances include: Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Last Call with Carson Daly, and his own Comedy Central Presents stand-up special. For three seasons, Leo wrote for "Saturday Night Live", contributed to the second season of "Human Giant" on MTV, and was recently the co-head writer on Robert Smigel's live autism benefit, A Night of Too Many Stars for Comedy Central. Leo also co-created, co-wrote, and co-executive produced "Important Things with Demetri Martin" on Comedy Central. Leo will soon be co-staring in Comedy Central's "Jon Benjamin Has a Van".

    H. Jon Benjamin is an actor, voice actor, and comedian. He is known for his voice-over roles as Jason and Coach McGuirk on Home Movies, Ben on Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist, various roles on Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Carl on Family Guy, and various roles on the sketch comedy series Important Things with Demetri Martin. He is the voice of Sterling Archer in FX's 2010 animated series Archer, and Bob Belcher in the Fox animated series Bob's Burgers.

    Jon Glaser
    Jon Glaser created and starred as "Jon" in Adult Swim's Delocated. He can currently be seen as Councilman Jamm in Parks and Recreation, and Laird in Girls. He wrote a book called "My Dead Dad Was In ZZ Top", and a long time ago he wrote on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and The Dana Carvey Show. He enjoyed doing a lot of these Sunday night shows at Union Hall, especially because he could walk there.
    Michael Che
    Michael Che
    After a mere two and a half years as a stand-up, Che has leapfrogged through the ranks, appearing in Comedy Central's 2011 Comics to Watch showcase and nabbing his own night in Carolines' Breakout Artist Comedy Series. Currently in the midst of a banner year, he has already added two TV spots to his credits: Kurt Braunohler's new game show, Bunk, and John Oliver's New York Stand-Up Show.
    Aparna Nancherla
    Aparna Nancherla
    Aparna Nancherla started doing comedy in Washington, DC, before moving to Los Angeles and becoming wildly popular there. Last year, she was snapped up by FX's Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell, where she was hired as a writer and even appeared on camera for a few popular, funny segments. She currently splits her time between both coasts and her other credits include Last Comic Standing and WTF with Marc Maron."

    Jared Logan
    This year, Jared will perform his own half hour special on Comedy Central. You can also see Jared every week as a cast member on VH1’s Best Week Ever. He has appeared on John Oliver’s New York Stand-up Show and TJ Miller’s Mash-up. He was a delegate for Comedy Central's Indecision 2012 and works as warm-up comedian for The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. Jared lives in New York but is originally from West Virginia. West Virginia is a state and is not part of Virginia.
