RISK! is a live show and podcast “where people tell true stories they never thought they’d dare to share in public” hosted by Kevin Allison, of the legendary TV sketch comedy troupe The State. The award-winning live show happens monthly in New York and Los Angeles. It’s featured people like Janeane Garofalo, Lisa Lampanelli, Kevin Nealon, Margaret Cho, Marc Maron, Sarah Silverman, Lili Taylor, Rachel Dratch, Andy Borowitz and more, dropping the act and showing a side of themselves we’ve never seen before. The weekly podcast gets hundreds of thousands of downloads each month. Slate.com called it “jaw-dropping, hysterically funny, and just plain touching.”

Shane Torres
Shane Torres is a stand up comedian and writer. You may have seen him in the background on Last Comic Standing or acting on IFC's Comedy Bang Bang. He has also been part of Montreal Just For Laugh's New Faces in 2013 that same year. Shane was also one of Comedy Central's Comics to Watch in 2012. Shane has performed at many festivals all over the country including Bridgetown Comedy Festival, Bumbershoot Music and Arts Festival, and many more. He is the creator of the podcast radio show Help Wanted . Shane has also contributed writing to Laughspin, The Portland Mercury, and Nailed Magazine. He also hates writing bios.
Donna Bailey
Donna Bailey was a professional actress for 25 years, having studied acting at Lee Strasberg School of Acting. She was a member of Actors Equity, Screen Actors Guild, and AFTRA. She has acted on stages in New York City, as well as regional stages across the country, including in The Negro Ensemble (NEC), Amistad World Theatre, McCarter Theatre, Princeton, NJ, Theatre Virginia, Richmond, VA, Ensemble Studio Theatre (EST), among others. On film she was an infamous So Fine Girl in the film So Fine, Ruth in Spike Lee's Joe's Bed Stuy Barbershop and Yvonne, the Reporter in Street Smart with Morgan Freeman and Christopher Reeve. She has also acted in hundreds of voiceovers for radio and television commercials, audiobooks, film narration, in addition to promotional spots for Lifetime Television, Bravo, NBC, and Showtime. Donna has told true stories at Dixon Place, P.S. 122, The Players Club, Hudson Valley Storytelling Festival, Cornelia St. Cafe, The Bronx Museum, Womenkind Festival, Bodega Monthly, Big Irving's Gallery, Bady House Concerts, Nyurican Poets Café, Parkside Lounge, Rimes of the Ancient Mariner, among others . She has appeared on the podcast Tall Tales in the City for WBAI.
