There's a new festival in town now that The Eugene Mirman Festival has ended after 10 wonderful years. Janelle James is taking the reins and presenting the same zany vibe and raucous laughter while adding her own personal touch at her inaugural three day festival. All shows are at The Bell House and in addition to the comedy featured on stage you'll be treated to fun and surprises surrounding the whole event, plus unannounced special guests!

David Cross
David Cross
After taking his 2016, "Making America Great Again" tour through the hellscapes of America, masochist and glutton for punishment, David Cross is itching to get back out there again. "I feel like I haven't been yelled at enough by conservative christians. I want to get it right this time". So David will be working on new(ish) material for his next show. But since he is incapable of crafting jokes and does most of his writing onstage, this is where YOU come in. Come join him (me) at The Bell House in Brooklyn for some informal banter and jolly japes. And together let's see which shit sticks!
Judah Friedlander
Judah Friedlander
Stand-up comedy has been Judah's main thing since he first started in 1989. His onstage persona of The World Champion has taken on different shades over the years. It was initially a satire on narcissism & braggarts. Then the persona morphed into being a real life superhero (who is actually humble) subliminally getting audiences to question why we have heroes. For the past several years & currently, Judah's act has been predominantly satirizing American exceptionalism as well U.S. domestic and foreign policy. The World Champion is a champion of the world - who stands up for earth's rights and the people, animals, and plants of the planet. If America does the right thing, Judah will be the next president of the United States. Judah has a stand-up special & album coming out soon.

Matteo Lane
Matteo Lane
(GirlCode, GuyCode, Joking Off )

Matteo Lane is a New York-based comedian, originally from Chicago who is currently appearing on MTV2's Guy Code.

Before starting stand up, Matteo lived in Italy as an oil painter and Opera singer. After realizing that he can’t become Maria Callas, Matteo began telling jokes to strangers in dark rooms. Matteo has performed in the TBS Just for Laughs Festival, has been heard on SiriusXM and “Keith and the Girl,” and co-hosts a monthly variety show at the Creek and the Cave.
Liza Treyger
Liza Treyger
Liza Treyger is from the former Soviet Union where jokes aren't allowed so she moved to America and has been telling jokes in Chicago and loving it. For close to two years she was creator and co-producer of one of Chicago's most loved weekly showcases, Riot Comedy. In the past year she's been able to travel the country performing with her friends and heroes in amazing venues and prestigious and super fun festivals like The Bridgetown Comedy Festival and Just for Laughs Chicago.
Mia Jackson
Mia Jackson
Mia Jackson is a bonafide Georgia peach (that's Georgian for “native”) and self proclaimed know-it-all. After graduating from the University of Georgia she hit the local comedy scene and has thrilled audiences since day one. To her credit she has appeared on NickMom's Night Out, Viceland and was a semi-finalist on Season 9 of NBC's Last Comic Standing. She has appeared on Inside Amy Schumer and the movie Mother's Day. In 2017, she was named a New Face at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal and Atlanta's Creative Loafing named her the city's Best Stand-Up. Smart, funny, and versatile, Mia entertains all types of crowds.
