Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival 2014
Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival 2014
The Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival returns to Brooklyn this September, with a packed line-up of shows at the Bell House and Union Hall.

Founded in 2008, The Eugene Mirman Comedy Festival is the world’s first sincere-and-ironic comedy festival that celebrates a close-knit comedy community, while making fun of the trappings of comedy festivals.

The independent and grassroots event is produced by Pretty Good Friends: Eugene Mirman and Julie Smith Clem. It takes place in Brooklyn every September and in Boston/Cambridge every spring.

Performers participate in the festival because of their enthusiasm for this dumb, but charming, annual tradition.

Jim Gaffigan, Sarah Silverman, Aziz Ansari, Mike Birbiglia, Kristen Schaal, David Cross, Daniel Kitson, Fred Armisen, Sarah Vowell, John Hodgman, Michael Showalter, Janeane Garofalo, John Oliver, H Jon Benjamin, Jon Glaser, Yo La Tengo, Todd Barry, Reggie Watts, Louis CK, Neko Case, Ira Glass, Bobcat Goldthwait, Jonathan Katz, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Nick Kroll, John Mulaney and John Oates.
