Know Before You Go
This is a 21+ venue. For events that allow for ages under 21, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. You must present a valid ID at check-in.
For the safety and security of everyone in our establishment, all bags are subject to inspection by Security personnel upon entry.

For most events, The Bell House features a mixed standing and seating room layout. Seating is first come, first served, and not guaranteed. Arrive early for best seat selection.

Yes. The box office is open on show days, starting one hour before doors open. You can buy same-day tickets (subject to availability) or fee-free tickets to future shows.
On show days, The Bell House opens its doors one hour before venue doors open. For events with special circumstances, please check the event's ticketing page for specific opening times.

Yes! We have a standby line for some sold-out events (subject to availability). Entry for standby tickets is subject to availability and is not guaranteed, but we try to accommodate as many guests as we can.
Refer to our Instagram page for when we are able to offer a standby line for a show.
Your phone is your ticket! That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available to print. For more information on mobile entry, click here. Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office approximately 1 hour before doors open on the day of the show. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
If tickets or passes are being left for you - they will only be left at the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. These tickets will be available approximately 1 hour before doors on the day of the show. If your tickets/passes are not in will call you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.
The Bell House has a very strict underage drinking policy that follows state law. If you do not have acceptable ID that states your age at 21 or older, you will be considered the same as a minor and will not be able to purchase, consume, or possess alcohol in the venue. Violators will be removed from the building without warning and will not be eligible for a refund.

We accept both cash and card payments at the box office and at our bars. For the most seamless experience, we recommend using a card.
For all guest accommodations, please email us at TheBellHouse@LiveNation.com to coordinate accommodations in advance of the show.
- Unexpected Needs: If you have had an injury or illness that requires seating, email TheBellHouse@LiveNation.com to coordinate accommodations in-advance of the show. We have a limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.
- Interpreter Requests: If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
- Hearing Assistance: Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 weeks notice. We can be reached via email TheBellHouse@LiveNation.com.
- Service Animals: Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. The Bell House requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.
- Wheelchairs: Our venue is wheelchair-accessible.
- Accommodations: Our venue bathrooms, bar, and merchandise area are accessible.

CUSTOMER SAFETY
The Bell House is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our guests to enjoy their visit!
We encourage you to review our safety and security information below prior to arriving at the venue.
Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue.
Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection and/or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the building.
We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.
You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.
All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.
All bags will be searched, and no large bags or backpacks will be allowed.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our Management or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible.
Restricted Items:
(Keep in mind priority number 1 is to HAVE FUN! Just please do it without the items listed below):
No Outside Food or Drink Allowed
No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
• Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted.
No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind.
No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
No large bags over (10” x 10”), backpacks, Camelbacks or Bota bags
No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management
Zero Tolerance For Drug Use or Possession
The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun filled night of music and dancing.
Safety and Medical
Live Nation is dedicated to providing a safe environment. Public and private security will be present throughout the entire event. The Security Staff will be available to assist your needs including any medical requests.
If you had so much fun that you lost something during your time with us, please click us at contact us at TheBellHouse@LiveNation.com with a clear description of your lost item.
There is complimentary coat check in the rear hallway. Please note that the coat check is unattended, and The Bell House is not responsible for any lost belongings.
Shows advertised as Yondr events are phone-free, laptop-free, and smartwatch-free events.
Please arrive early and have your ticket ready. Silence your phone and/or remove your smartwatch. All devices will be secured in a Yondr pouch for the duration of the show. Take the pouch with you and enjoy the show!
After the show, proceed to the exit to unlock your pouch and retrieve your belongings.
Please plan to leave your laptops at home if you're attending a Yondr event.
